Our Return Policy
We adhere to a strict 3 day EXCHANGE ONLY policy, All customers have 3 days after receiving your item to inspect their purchase and request an exchange if applicable. After which the ability to exchange any items from that order is forfeited.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To begin an exchange, you may contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once the return has been received, you will be sent a code to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent a exchange code to purchase your new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
